梁達川 1987年生,2005年就讀于天津大學精密儀器與光電子工程學院電子科學與技術(光電子方向)專業,2009年畢業獲得學士學位。現在天津大學太赫茲研究中心攻讀光學工程博士學位。主要研究方向為太赫茲隱身,太赫茲長距離傳輸與雷達和太赫茲超材料。 谷建強 1982年生,2010年獲得天津大學光電子技術博士學位。現任職于天津大學精密儀器與光電子工程學院太赫茲研究中心。長期從事太赫茲時域光譜技術,太赫茲雷達技術,太赫茲波導技術和太赫茲超材料等領域的研究。
