高夢超,男,1988年生,現于中國電子科技集團公司第十二研究所微波電真空器件國家級重點實驗室攻讀碩士學位,主要研究方向為太赫茲真空電子器件。 馮進軍,男,1966年生,博士,研究員,博士生導師,微波電真空器件國家級重點實驗室副主任,主要研究方向為毫米波/太赫茲真空功率器件,真空微納電子器件,微波管CAD,高功率回旋器件等,先后主持了多項軍事電子預先研究和基金項目、國家自然科學基金項目等,在國內外期刊雜志和學術會議上發表文章100余篇。
