- 摘要:
- 本文針對目前系統應用對于220GHz頻段的大功率輻射源的需求,設計了一種折疊波導行波管,在215GHz-225GHz的帶寬范圍內能夠輸出10W以上的功率,增益大于25dB。通過模擬計算確定了折疊波導高頻電路、注波互作用、電子光學系統以及輸能窗等主要部件的設計尺寸,并加工了折疊波導高頻電路樣品,對制造工藝進行研究。
- Abstract:
- This paper designed a folded waveguide travelling wave tube (TWT) which aimed to meet the system application needs of high power source at 220GHz frequency band. This TWT can generate over 10W output power between 215GHz and 225GHz with gain above 25dB. The folded waveguide high frequency circuit dimensions, beam wave interaction process, electron beam optics system and power coupling window design results were presented in this paper by simulation. The folded waveguide circuit had been manufactured successfully by UV-LIGA and the manufacturing technics had been discussed.
